  1. We are currently looking for a General Manager to join our company. A general manager is responsible for leading every single aspect of the agency. to He will work under the direction of the board of directors to achieve the agency’s vision. A general manager should be a leader with a combination of charisma, collaborative skills and proven agency success. He will be managing the agency’s relationship with its stakeholders and its customers. He will cultivate strong client and employee relationships, lead long-range planning and guide the agency’s daily pursuit of inbound/ digital marketing excellence. Responsibilities and duties: Guide board of directors’ creative and strategic growth, inspire agency culture, manage key client relationships and oversee business operations and agency profitability. Plan and execute a strategy to attract target businesses and retain them. Set SMART goals for the agency and KPIs to measure and analyze the performance continuously. Develop strategic plan by studying technology and market opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. Build company image and position it in the market by collaborating with partners, employees, customers and community organizations. Delegate portions of activities, responsibilities and authorities, as necessary and desirable, to agency teams. Participate in industry-related events, associations, networks and community organizations,as an agency ambassador to increase brand awareness and position the agency as an industry thought leader. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Marketing, public relations or equivalent. MBA holder with specialization marketing or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in the same field. Fluency in English: written and spoken. Leadership experience in an inbound/ digital marketing, creative, advertising or public relations agency. Experience in B2B management. Successful history of developing business and bringing new clients to a digital marketing agency. Skills: Persuasive and articulate with outstanding positive communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated high level of writing skills for media, presentations, submissions and speeches. Possession of strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to build trusted and effective relationships with clients as well as marketing teams. Build a trusted relationship between clients and the marketing teams handling their accounts. Exceptional decision making and strategic planning skills.
